  • Energy - The energy of your home affects the success of selling, hands down. Before we talk price, timeline, anything, I will come into your home and get a feel for you and your space. I will nose around, seriously, and evaluate all aspects of your home to help me to properly price it for sale.
  • Research - With all the notes I took on your home, I will head back to the office and begin researching the market in your area. I compare similar currently listed houses. I research the houses that have sold and how they compare to yours and what they sold for. I use the strength of my relationships in the Real Estate industry to get  feedback on my research and conclusions.
  • Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - I will take all my research and knowledge to create a personal CMA for your house. 

Step 2

Best Price is set.

  • We meet again - Once I have confidently priced your home, we'll meet again. I will go through every aspect of the CMA so you fully understand the current market and how I've priced your home.
  • Trust - Your confidence and trust in me is my #1 priority, so we will discuss each other’s expectations, and I will explain the Trina Hodges Realty experience! Yep, it’s an experience.
  • Staging your home - As needed, I bring in my staging team to make sure every item in your home is doing its best to show off the great qualities of the house.
  • Say Cheese! - My professional photgrapher will come in to perfect photograph you home so the first impression of your home on realtor.ca is “WOW”! 
  • Buy Me - Together, we will ensure the energy in your home says, “Buy me”.
  • Contact me  - Finally, I will remind you of my cell number, my office number, and my email address. Just call, text, message me any time, with any questions, or to say, “Hi”!
