Honestly, we are so grateful to have met you and to have you in our corner through this crazy up & down experience of selling our home. Thank you so much for being so personal and professional all at once. I was obviously nervous and inexperienced as a first time home buyer, but you made the entire process both understandable and comfortable for me. I appreciate your patience and guidance throughout the process and would be happy to send other home buyers your way. I can understand why you are so successful.

Initially we had listed our home on one of the for sale by owner websites, thinking that because we listed in the summer we should have no problem selling using this avenue. We had several phone calls, showings and open houses and found that most people who we came into contact with were "just looking". After giving up weekend after weekend for open houses that would bring only a couple "lookers" through and 4 months of being listed on our own we decided to call Trina. In the few weeks that Trina had the house listed we had serious interest in our home and an offer in no time! Our house sold with that offer! My only regret is that we did not call Trina in the beginning, as we would have saved ourselves 4 months of frustration!
