Lianne Pelchat - Office Manager / Assistant

Lianne has years of experience in the home industry, both as an office manager and estimator for a home builder. She thrives on the pace, detail, and dedication required to maintain success in the real estate industry.

Lianne meticulously takes care of the “back end” of the business, setting up showings, dealing with lawyers, and handling all the paperwork involved in buying or selling your home.

Most importantly, Lianne's work allows Trina to be Trina—a realtor who cares deeply for her clients and gives them everything she’s got.

FUN FACT: Lianne is tri-lingual! She speaks French, Spanish and English!



Nichole Martiniuk - Listing Coordinator / Buyer's Specialist

Nichole is an industry veteran. After earning her real estate license, Nichole worked as a Realtor for a short time before becoming a licensed real estate assistant.

Nichole knows that buying or selling a home is exciting and stressful in equal measure. That’s why she does whatever she can to settle nerves. Whether clients are young families, downsizing couples, single professionals, or first-time buyers, Nichole's focus is to make the experience positive.

Her responsibilities include managing listings, brochures, photographers, and paperwork, among many jobs. When clients and Realtors have questions, Nichole helps to provide answers - and fast. She knows the speed of real estate can be unpredictable and does all she can to remove potential barriers to a home purchase or sale.

FUN FACT: Nichole can change any size tire, even one for a Semi Truck!
